Service Description
Shade Curate provides AI-assisted personal color season analysis and clothing compatibility guidance.
No Guarantee
Results are AI-generated estimates intended for informational and personal styling purposes.
Color recommendations may vary depending on lighting, camera quality, makeup, image quality and other visual factors.
Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Billing and refunds are managed entirely through Apple.
Intellectual Property
All application content, branding, graphics and software belong to Shade Curate.
Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Upload illegal content
- Abuse the service
- Attempt to interfere with the platform
- Reverse engineer the application
Limitation of Liability
Shade Curate is provided "as is" without warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or perfect accuracy.
